Sign in to the Rivvet app (trade or homeowner), then go to More → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate — your sign-in stops working straight away.

The same flow works in any browser: sign in at rivvet.co.uk/mobile with your email and one-time code, then More → Delete account.
Or ask us by email
Email trade@rivvet.co.uk from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll do it for you — confirmed within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted, and what doesn't
Deleting your account destroys your sign-in identity, removes your contact details, and signs out every device. Records of jobs you were part of — milestones, evidence, invoices — are retained, because the other side of those jobs keeps their record of the work and we keep what the law requires; they are no longer connected to a usable identity. Identity documents provided during trade verification are deleted with the account. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
