The things homeowners ask us, grouped so you can find yours quickly. If it isn't here, email trade@rivvet.co.uk.
Rivvet is the app your tradesperson uses to run your project: the quote, the stages, the photos of the work and your approvals. You get your own view of the same project, instant and up to date.
No. Rivvet is free for homeowners, your tradesperson runs their business on it, and you get your side included.
Your tradesperson invites you by email. Sign in at rivvet.co.uk with that address and the six-digit code we send you, there's no password to set up and nothing to install.
No. Rivvet works in your phone's browser, and on a tablet or computer, with the same view everywhere.
The stages of your job with the value agreed for each one, the photos, video and voice notes your tradesperson adds as work is completed, an activity timeline, the job's location, an up-to-date record of every change.
One stage of work at a time, with the evidence for that stage attached. Approving it says you're satisfied that stage has been completed as agreed, not that the whole job is finished.
Don't approve it. Leave feedback explaining your concerns; you and your tradesperson can communicate through Rivvet and provide supporting information to help resolve it.
The stage stays unapproved on the record until you're happy. Your approval is yours to give.
The invite goes to one email address. If the wrong person has it, ask your tradesperson to re-invite the right one, or change the email address on your account.
Every change on the job, a stage finished, photos added, a reply to your question, appears on your project the moment it happens, and you get an alert so you never miss it.
Yes. Photos and video of each stage are attached to your project as the work is completed, so you can see what was done from wherever you are.
Instant. The record updates the moment your tradesperson adds evidence or you approve a stage. What you see is always the current state of the build.
Everything: what was agreed, the evidence, your questions and their answers, and every approval with its date, kept for the life of the project and after it.
Yes. Rivvet uses industry-standard security to protect your account and your information, and every action on the project is logged against who did it and when.
