Track your build

Your build, up to date. Always.

Every change on the job lands on your project record the moment it happens: a stage finished, photos added, a question answered. No chasing for updates, no guessing.

Instant updates Evidence before approval A record that's always current
How it works

Four things to know about tracking

1

Every change reaches you instantly

When a stage is finished or something on the job changes, it appears on your project the moment it happens, with an alert so you never miss it.

2

The evidence comes to you

Photos and video of the work, attached to the stage they belong to, so you can see what was done without standing in the room.

3

You approve when you're happy

Review the evidence and approve in a tap, or ask a question against the stage first. Nothing is approved until you say so.

4

The record keeps itself

What was agreed, shown, asked and approved stays on the stage it belongs to, an up-to-date record of the whole build, kept for good.

Your record Up to date

You can see exactly where the build is at any moment: what's done, what's approved and what's still to come.

The bit people ask about

What happens after you approve

The stage locks into your project record, the evidence, your approval and the date, together, where both of you can always find them.

You approved what you saw

The record shows exactly what was in front of you when you approved, no surprises later, no arguing from memory.

Both sides see the same thing

You and your tradesperson look at one shared record, the same stages, the same evidence, the same approvals.

It only follows your approval

Nothing goes on the record as approved without you. Your approval is what does it, which is why the evidence matters.
