How it works

From the invite to the last stage

You don't set anything up. Your tradesperson creates the project, invites you, and Rivvet brings each stage to you as it's finished.

The four steps

What happens, and when

1

You get invited

Your tradesperson sends an invite to your email address. Sign in with that address and the six-digit code we send you — there's no password to set up.

You'll see the quote broken into stages, each with a value and an expected completion date, before any work starts.

2

You watch it take shape

As stages are completed, photos, video and voice notes appear against them. You get an alert when something needs you — nothing else nags you.

3

You review and approve

Look at the evidence for the finished stage. If something isn't right, say so in Rivvet and your tradesperson can respond with more detail. Approve it when you're happy.

4

You pay within 30 days

Approving a stage is what makes it payable. From that point you have up to 30 days — pay by bank transfer from the app, then download the invoice and receipt.
